Cosmic Leaves
This pattern is a fractal pattern that I created using a program called Frax Pro on my iPad. Fractals are never ending patterns based on mathematical equations. I'll be the first to admit I'm not a math whiz, but I'm amazed at how beautiful a math equation can be. Fractals can also be found in nature. Examples are the nautilus shell, snowflake patterns and even our galaxies.
This pattern is based on the Mandelbrot equation.
I named this fractal pattern Cosmic Leaves because it has a leafy like quality. I love the purple and green colors. This pattern would look great as a metal or acrylic print or as a pattern on items such as tote bags, throw pillows, or phone cases.
I also do custom commissions. For more information, www.beckysdigitalart.com or my blog, www.pixelpaintcreations.blogspot.com.

My gallery has a wide range of subjects from...
