Description
Kids in the kitchen getting in a flour fight and caught by mom. Big sister is getting little brother in trouble by pouring the flour over her brother and he joins in the fun. The girl looks sturdeled at her parent when she gets caught. This is a classic childhood moment captured and painted bringing a smile to the viewers. Perfect for the kitchen and dinning room as well as places people gather.
When you mom is an artist watch out kids! Over the years my children have been an inspiration and my artist muse. I first photographed this moment to capture it in time and later decided to paint it. It took my husband Ken and I hours to clean up and several baths to get all the flower out of my sons hair.
About the Artist:
The time has come to follow my dreams. Art has always been a part of me. When I received my acceptance letter from SACI Florence I was in disbelieve and wondered can this be real? It will take some planning and the support of many to make this dream of mine a reality. I invite you to be part of my MFA journey in Italy. Follow my adventure and join me for a cup of coffee.
Thank you for supporting the arts and this artist.

Thank you I took the original picture right after I caught my little chefs in action. I only had stepped out of the kitchen for 5 minutes and left my kids with a new bag of flour. Little to say they did get a little creative with their baking project. Cooking with kids sure has it's moments. Two bath later and some major cleaning up and all was good as new.
